Lenine - Carbono

Carbon is the eighth studio album by Brazilian singer and composer Lenine, released by Universal Music on 28 April 2015. It was recorded in just two months, and it had resulted from a new repertoire of Lenine's tour. The album brings olds and news compositions of partnerships. The album name was chosen due to allotropes of carbon, that is, simple and totally different substances originating from the same element.

The album Carbono was nominated for the 16th Latin Grammy Awards in the Best MPB Album category, with the track "Simples Assim" being nominated for the Best Brazilian Song category
